DJ&A is humbled to be recognized as a 2022 Employer of Choice from the Missoula Job Service Employers’ Council. The award honors exemplary employers that invest in their employees and the community.
We believe a major factor in our success is our commitment to appreciating and keeping good employees.
We are constantly re-evaluating our benefits package to meet the needs of our team. In addition to a robust package of standard benefits, which includes employer paid medical coverage for employees and their families, retirement and profit-sharing plans, paid time off, and professional development opportunities, our employees are also able to access a number of unique benefits. All employees enjoy AAA memberships, membership to the Missoula Urban Demonstration Project (MUD) Tool Library, and a work schedule that allows for every other Friday off. We are especially proud that both primary and secondary caregivers receive paid parental leave, and we launched a first-time homebuyer assistance program in 2021 that addresses recent spikes in home prices, making home ownership a possibility for our employees.
We also encourage our employees to be positive contributors to their community. We offer incentives to employees who travel to work using alternative transportation, such as walking, riding a bike, carpooling, or taking the bus. Employees also receive payment for volunteer hours that support community causes they care about.
