DJ&A is excited to offer a variety of summer internship opportunities for students who desire to gain hands-on experience, develop their skills, and learn more about the work we do and the clients we serve. Through our internship program, interns will spend the summer gaining relevant experience on projects within the consulting industry in a supportive and exciting environment.
We look for interns in all of our primary discipline areas, which include Civil and Structural Engineering, Surveying, GIS, Landscape Architecture, and Environmental Sciences.

Engineering Internship
DJ&A’s Engineering Internship offers an opportunity to gain design, drafting, field, and industry experience on a variety of engineering projects, tailored to one’s interests as project needs allow. As part of the team at DJ&A, one will learn about the company while working directly on current projects to gain valuable engineering industry knowledge and experience.

NATURAL RESOURCES PLANNING INTERNSHIP
DJ&A’s Natural Resources Planning Internship provides a comprehensive introduction to the field of environmental consulting, with opportunities to participate in a wide variety of projects and gain relevant experience regarding environmental assessments, natural resource inventories and monitoring, data analysis, biological assessments, and more. Throughout the course of this internship, interns will have a unique opportunity to learn about the intersection of environmental law and policy and real-world implementation of natural resource projects.
