The candidate must be a problem solver, capable of effective communication, and possess analytical and organizational skills. The ideal candidate will be an industry professional that will have a broad base of civil engineering and road and highway design experience.

Transportation Project Manager

DJ&A is seeking a full-time Transportation Project Manager with 10+ years of experience designing roadway projects for the Federal Highway Administration and/or Federal Land Highway Department clients.


Business Development/Market Manager

DJ&A is seeking a full-time business development manager with 12+ years of relevant experience. The candidate must have a thorough understanding of the design, engineering, and survey industry, and a strong understanding of regional and local market drivers and trends. The successful candidate must also have experience and skills in strategic business development, client relationships, and driving sales and revenue for local, state, and federal clients.
