Beyond providing informal cost-benefit analyses on all projects we complete, we also complete full Value Analysis/Value Engineering studies and workshops for clients who desire a more comprehensive approach.
We have three certified Value Methodology Associates (VMA) on staff with decades of combined facilitation experience. Workshops have been completed for the National Park Service, the Federal Highway Administration, and the Montana Department of Transportation.
