DJ&A has supported Northwestern Energy (NWE) and its predecessors (Montana Power Company and PPL Montana) with surveying, mapping, and engineering services since 1984. A large portion of this work has been the completion of annual dam monitoring surveys for 11 hydropower dams and their related structures across Montana. Each year, DJ&A survey crews complete high-precision surveys of both horizontal and vertical alignments at each dam. This 34-year partnership demonstrates DJ&A’s commitment to providing quality services and fulfilling NWE’s needs across Montana.
