Project Scope
DJ&A was in charge of City of Missoula/Montana Department of Transportation/Federal CMAQ project including development of an Environmental Assessment and an intensive public involvement program. Responsible for general layout, mapping, siting, transportation planning and study; and preliminary and final design; including alternative definition, development and analysis, CO-abatement, bicycle/pedestrian access and connection to riverfront trails system. Bridge spans Clark Fork River and includes handling of overpass over abandoned old Milwaukee Rail lines.
