We affirm that Black Lives Matter.

We are committed to educating ourselves and raising our awareness of racial injustice. While we understand we still have a lot to learn, we also acknowledge that bias and discrimination play a role in the continued underrepresentation of Black people and other marginalized groups within our industry. We’re responding now with the following actions to advance social justice and equity within the engineering community:

  • We are offering to match team-member donations to causes that will benefit Black communities, with no limit on matches.
  • We are offering to purchase for each of our team-members one of three books that seeks to educate on issues of white privilege and racial bias. Follow up discussions will be held to explore lessons learned and how they can be applied in our communities. The three books are “Biased” by Jennifer Eberhardt, “Talking to Strangers” by Malcolm Gladwell, and “White Fragility” by Robin DiAngelo.
  • We will continue to work with our team, communities, and partners to address longstanding systemic issues, and to promote equity that enables opportunity for all.
